Defi D-Gauge
The Defi D-Gauge is a highly accurate, quick-responding gauge exclusive to the USA. Defi D-Gauges feature self-checking functions to check for wire disconnection or a short circuit. If a wire is disconnected, the pointer on the gauge will wave between 250 and 260 degrees. If a short circuit is detected by the gauge, the pointer will wave between 10 and 20 degrees.
Defi D-Gauges have a stepping motor drive that allows for quick response and higher accuracy. Gauge pointers that are driven by stepping motors will always have a smooth instantaneous reponse to rapid acceleration of high performance vehicles.
